Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that the issue raised in this Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is also raised in Writ Petition (L.) No.1137 of 2018 (The National Federation of the Blind Maharashtra & Anr. Vs. The High Court of Judicature at Bombay), which is pending at Principal Seat and on 06.04.2018 the Division Bench [Coram : Naresh H. Patil & G.S. Kulkarni,JJ.] has issued notices to the respondents and also granted ad-interim relief thereby directing the respondents to stay and suspend the recruitment process forthwith.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has tendered across the Bar a copy of circular dated 24.02.1993. Same is taken on record.

In the light of contents of the said circular, the Registry to take steps forthwith to transfer this PIL.

Needless to observe that the petitioner will be at liberty to mention the matter for hearing before the appropriate Bench at Principal Seat.
