ORDER :- .

The petition is filed for giving direction to the respondents to see that the approval is given to the appointment of petitioner as Assistant Teacher and release salary from the date of initial appointment and continue him in service on monthly regular salary.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner placed reliance on the similar orders made by this Court in the petitions like Writ Petition No.1413 of 2001 at this Seat on 19.06.2002. It appears

(2) WP No.5375/2015 that direction was given to District Social Welfare Officer to do the needful, to consider the case of the petitioner. 3.

In the present matter also similar direction can be given, provided that the District Social Welfare Officer, Osmanabad is made party-respondent. The amendment be carried out immediately.

As the only direction is to be given to consider the claim of petitioner for approval to the appointment as Assistant Teacher, there is no need to wait for the remarks of the said Officer and learned A.G.P. is asked to waive the notice for him. 5.

In the result, in the present Petition also a direction is given to District Social Welfare Officer, Osmanabad to consider the petitioner's claim for approval to the appointment as Assistant Teacher, expeditiously and within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
