The proceedings is filed for quashing of FIR No.I-327 of 2014, registered at Rahuri Police Station, Taluka Rahuri, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also the proceedings in crime bearing R.T.C. No.210 of 2014, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rahuri. The present proceedings is filed by the husband of original Complainant and his relatives. Affidavit of the original Complainant, wife, is filed which was to the effect that they have settled the dispute and the report is given out of misunderstanding. She has

942 appln.1844.15.odt contended that she has returned to matrimonial house on 20th February, 2015, and they are happily living together. She has also requested for quashing of the proceedings. In view of this development and the affidavit filed by the original Complainant, the application is allowed. The aforesaid FIR and also the case itself are quashed and set aside.

Criminal application stands disposed of.
