1) In view of the order made by this Court, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced report given by the investigating officer to him. It appears that the investigating officer has filed report under section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in respect of the present applicant. In view of this report there is no need of compliance of the conditions imposed by the Sessions Court on the present applicant.
