The observations are made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai, on 22nd February, 2016 in the order passed below Exh. 9, in Sessions Case No. 25 of 2015, while rejecting the application, that trial can be decided expeditiously.

In view of above, learned Additional Sessions Judge is directed to decide Sessions Case No. 25 of 2015 expeditiously and in any case, within a period of four months from today.
