Taking into account the circumstances, which have been referred to in the impugned order, the order does not appear to be liable to be faulted with. As such, writ petition is not entertained and is rejected.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, at this stage, makes a request for a direction to dispose of pending proceedings at an early date. Learned advocate for the respondent has no particular resistance to the request being made. 4.

As such, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur may proceed
