Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard all the matters for fnal disposal.

All the matters are fled by the prisoners who are eligible to get furlough leave. They have made applications for furlough leave and those applications are pending with respondents for more than three months. Pandemic of COVID-19 cannot be a reason for keeping such matters pending by the respondents. We are hereby directing the respondents to take decision on all those matters within 15 days from today. In those terms all these seven matters are allowed.

Rule made absolute in those terms.
