PER COURT :- 1.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that her husband is working in Government service in Kokan region, her mother-in-law is unwell and is residing at Asta-mode, Tq. Chakur, Dist. Latur and yet, she has been transferred to Zilla Parishad School at Talni (Killari), Tq. Ausa.

Transfer is a normal incident of service. The petitioner is only 35 years of age. In transfer matters, the Court is expected to be slow and more so after the teachers are transferred by following the Teacher Transfer Management System which deals with the transfers of teachers in accordance with the rules applicable, without humane interference.

The petitioner has prayed that her representation dated

3910.2023WP -203.03.2023 be considered.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Without expressing any view in favour of the Petitioner's representation, we expect Respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner on its own merits. In the alternative, if the online portal is opened and if the Petitioner is eligible, she would be at liberty to tender an online application.
