We had dictated an order thereby, abating the Writ Petition, as no steps were taken to bring the L.Rs on record for a long time. However, the learned Advocate for the deceased Petitioner, on behalf of the Applicants, has mentioned the matter after lunch. He is apologetic that the order passed by this Court on 21.04.2023 was not complied with. He further submits that he would donate an amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand)
