We have heard Mr. Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr. Bonder and Mr. Mundhe, the learned counsel for the respondents.

Mr. Mundhe, the learned advocate for Respondent Nos. 7 and 8

( 2 ) pil 60.14 submits that the Grampanchayat has already issued notices to the encroacher's on 01 st August, 2018. The Grampanchayat would take effective steps to remove the same within two months from today. 3.

The statement is accepted. The Grampachayat shall take steps as undertaken by them for removal of encroachment in accordance with law. 4.

In view of that, the purpose of the Public Interest Litigation stands survived. Public Interest Litigation, as such, is disposed of. No costs. The consequences follow.
