We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Prosecutor.

On instructions, the learned prosecutor submits that the I.O. had attracted Sections 448 and 424 r/w 34 of the IPC, considering the contents of the FIR. After investigation, Sections 457, 380 and 451 of the IPC have been added.
