Heard. Perused the F.I.R. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. The informant filed an affidavit before the learned Additional Sessions Judge and informed that the coaccused had no role in the crime. The same indicates that the averments in the F.I.R. are untrue. In view of the same, the order granting the present applicant interim protection is hereby made absolute. The application is allowed.
