Upon hearing, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions of the applicants, submits that the applicants wish to withdraw the present application.

It is however found that the trial is being delayed for securing the presence of absconding accused. The learned Sessions Judge has every authority to separate the trial and to expedite the hearing of the case since the present applicants would be under-trial prisoners.

In the circumstances, with the above observations and a direction that the trial in the present case be concluded within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

Liberty to the applicants to file similar application after a period of six months is hereby granted.
