It is revealed during the course of argument that First Appeal No.2198/2015 came to be disposed of on 24.03.2021. The appeal preferred by the insurance company came to be dismissed. As such, the applicants/claimants are entitled to get the amount of compensation lying with the Registry.

ORDER
