Civil Application No. 8956 of 2011 is allowed and copy of the license produced by the appellant is taken on record.

Hence, the matter needs to be remanded to prove the contents of the copy of driving license. 4.

In view of above, First Appeal No. 998 of 2011 is disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to decide the matter, as early as possible,

The contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

The appellant has deposited amount of compensation. The same shall be transmitted to the Trial Court along with accrued interest.
