The petitioners who were issued with the tribe certificates in an incorrect form, have applied to the respondent soliciting a fresh one in Form C, by submitting online applications on 15.04.2024 and 12.09.2024.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to approach before the respondent within two weeks, surrender their original tribe certificates in incorrect form.
