After arguing for sometime, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh petition after some time.

This petition is filed at the instance of a successful tenderer challenging the rejection order dated 30th March, 2020. 3.

Though this Court is permitting the petition to be withdrawn, it is made clear that by this permission, no liberty is granted to the petitioner to file petition immediately and circulate the same before the Court on the next date i.e. on 15th April, 2020.

It is prima facie opinion of this Court that this petition does not involve an issue which requires an urgent attention of this Court. 5.

Accordingly, if the petition is filed only after there is some positive change in the situation or if there is a regular functioning of the Court on withdrawal of the lock down, the same would be entertained.

The petitioner shall not take a liberty granted by this Court as a licence to him to approach this Court as and when he feels it proper. With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of. Needless to state that this Court is only considering the issue of urgency in the matter. The contentions raised in the petition are kept open.
