The respondent no.1 and 2 may please be directed to forthwith hear and decide the Appeal No.1/2019 filed challenging the judgment and order dated 30.11.2018, passed by the respondent No.3 in Appeal No.1/2017 as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months, by issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus." 2.

We are of the view that the pending appeal can be decided by respondent No.2 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 20.10.2022.
