After arguing for sometime, learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition.

Before permitting learned Counsel for the petitioners to withdraw the petition, it may only be stated that the petitioners had already approached the Tribunal and there is an interim orders passed by the Tribunal. It is admitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that the original application itself is ripe for final hearing. 3.

In view of above, the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
