We have heard Mr. Sagar Killarikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Temkar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4.

Mr. Killarikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed a complaint with the Committee thereby bringing to the notice of the committee fraud practiced by the respondent No. 5 while obtaining validity certificate, however, cognizance has not been taken about the

In case the validity is obtained by fraud, then the Committee has powers to reconsider the same.

The Committee shall consider the complaint. If it finds substance in it, it may issue notice to the respondent No. 5 and thereafter take decision on its own merits. The respondent/Committee shall consider the complaint and take decision about further process to be adopted expeditiously and preferably by 15th September, 2018. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
