Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the judgment in Regular Civil Appeal No. 34 of 2017 was delivered on 3.3.2020 by the District Judge-VI, Dhule. The appeal before this court was presented on 26.3.2021. In the present application, it is disclosed that there is delay of 245 days. However, office note shows that since the period of limitation was suspended by the Hon'ble Apex Court during lock-down period which started from 24.3.2020, the appeal filed before this Court is within limitation. 3.

Considering the office note and the fact that limitation period was under suspension during lock-down period, the appeal filed
