Learned counsel Mr. M.S. Shaikh along with appellants and learned counsel Mr. Dahat for the respondent no. 1 - Insurance Company, present before the panel. They tender on record the terms of settlement which is marked as exhibit 'X'.

With the assistance of learned counsel, the identification of the appellants has been done. The appellants present today confirm the terms of settlement and they agree for the disposal of First Appeal as per exhibit 'X'.

First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement which is at exhibit 'X'.

As per the settlement, the respondent - Insurance Company shall deposit additional amount of Rs. 4,30,000/- (Rupees four lakhs

932FA4140.2022.odt thirty thousand) within a period of six weeks before Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Shrirampur. On depositing the amount, the same shall be disbursed to the appellants along with accrued interest, if any. 5.

The appellants undertake to pay additional Court fees amount on enhanced compensation.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

Pending Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed of. 8.

Record and proceedings, if any, be remitted back to the concerned Court/Tribunal.
