Civil Application No. 5908/2024 is filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of original claimant deceased Ambadas Eknath Shelke on record. Applicant No. 1 is the widow and applicant No. 2 is the son of deceased. Ambadas died on 4.8.2023. There is delay of 118 days caused in filing this application. The applicants have annexed copy of death certificate and the certificate issued by Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat showing that the applicants are legal heirs of deceased Ambadas. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1.

Application is allowed.

2.

Delay of 118 days is condoned.

3.

Legal heirs of deceased Ambadas be brought on record. Appellant to carry out the necessary amendment within two weeks from today. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) ssc/
