This is an Appeal fled by the State against the Judgment and Award dated 10/11/2014, passed in L.A.R. No.839/2010. 2.

It is submitted by the learned AGP for the Appellants - State that, the State Government has taken policy decision not to challenge the Reference Court's Judgments, wherein, the enhancement is within four [4] times of the compensation awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Offcer [SLAO]. He submits that, the Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 and Corrigindum dated 23/02/2017 have been issued in that regard. He submits that, several Appeals have been disposed off pursuant to the said Government Resolution. He submits that, in the case in hand, the compensation enhanced by the learned Reference Court comes within four [4] times of the compensation awarded by the SLAO. Hence, this Appeal may be disposed off.

The learned Advocate appears for the Respondents - Claimants.

There is no dispute that, several Appeals, which are covered by the aforesaid Government Resolution, are disposed off by this Court.
