It is stated across the Bar that the acquiring body has deposited 25% of the decretal amount in this Court. As such, the applicant/original claimant is entitled to withdraw the said amount.

ORDER

(i) If the amount is deposited by the acquiring body in this Court, applicant/original claimant is permitted to withdraw 25% of amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
