ORDER :

The application is filed for giving permission to bring legal heirs of appellant No. 2 on record. Death certificate is produced in respect of his death. The application is made within time. So, permission is granted to bring the legal heirs of deceased appellant No. 2 on the record. Only to that extent, application is allowed.

In respect of other prayer, notice to respondent No. 1 made returnable on 20.7.2016.

Prayer of deletion of respondent No. 2 is also allowed subject to the risk of the appellants, if there are legal heirs. Amendment is to be carried out immediately in both regards. 4.
