The submissions made and the copy of the decision dated 20th October, 2015, rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5162 of 2004 (Maha Padvidhar Anshkalin Karmachari Welfare Association Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) and other connected petitions, would show that Government Resolution dated 27th October, 2009 was considered by this Court and this Court held

wp7018-2004+ that the purpose of the petitions was served due to the decision taken by the Government and the matters were disposed of. As the similar point is involved in the present Writ Petitions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 20th October, 2015.
