Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the scrutiny committee would decide the proposal within nine weeks. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's proposal within nine weeks.

The petitioner shall not be terminated for a period of nine weeks on the ground of failure to produce a certificate of validity.
