The applicants seek condonation of delay of 87 days in filing this Civil Application seeking registration of the Writ Petition, which was refused by the learned Registrar by order dated 20.3.2017, for nonremoval of office objections. 2.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned on the condition that the applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.500/- with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within two weeks from today. After producing the receipt of deposit, all office objections shall be removed within two weeks thereafter.
