The Petitioner submits that, after the order dated 28/12/2023, was passed by the State Information Commission, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (the said Act), an application under Section 20 of the said Act for seeking penalty has not been filed by the Petitioner. He submits that the Petitioner would initiate such proceeding.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as the Petitioner desires to avail of the remedy under Section 20 of the said Act.
