Heard learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for Respondents.

We have perused the findings recorded by
cra1854.15 the trial Court. Prima facie, it appears that findings recorded by the trial Court are not in consonance with the evidence brought on record by the prosecution. Hence the case is established for admission of the Appeal, allowing the Application seeking leave to Appeal.

The Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B), (C), (D) and (F). Application stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
Appeal Admit. On admission Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel waives service of notice for all the Respondents.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 should furnish Personal Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety in the like amount each, before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
