This is an application for granting stay and suspending the effect and operation of the judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad in Criminal Appeal No.1 of 2021 dated 10th March, 2023 as well as the judgment and order dated 16th February, 2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Osmanabad in S.C.C. No.493 of 2013. The learned counsel for applicant submits that this applicant is directed by the Trial Court to deposit Rs.1,05,000/-, which is confirmed by the Sessions Court. The learned counsel for applicant submits that the directions may be given to the Registry of this Court to accept the demand draft of Rs.1,05,000/-.
