Learned counsel for the applicant - appellant submits on instructions that the applicant shall deposit the amount in terms of the award within eight weeks from today. Oral undertaking given by the learned counsel on behalf of applicant- appellant is accepted. 4.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount in terms of award within eight weeks from today. The amount be deposited in this Court. Failure to deposit of amount, the interim order stands vacated on expiry of eight weeks from the date of this order.
