This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing by Zoom App during the nationwide lock-down on account of COVID-19 pandemic. By this Writ Petition, the petitioners, who are the biological parents of their married daughter, namely, Mrunmayi @ Kalyani w/o Mayur Dahedkar, have prayed for a travel pass in order to undertake a journey by road to Pune (Pashan) today, as their daughter has already been hospitalized and is medically advised to deliver by cesarean section. Besides the husband, there is nobody to take care of their daughter and the first child of their daughter is about two and half years old, who cannot stay alone at their home.

The learned Government Pleader had sought a passover when this matter was heard in the first session. After this matter was called out

*2* 5wpst10557o20 in the second session, post lunch, the learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioners shall carry a hard copy of their application, which they claim to have tendered by an online process earlier, and shall appear before the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Branch) Mrs.Meena Makhwana at 04:00 PM today in her office situated in the premises of the office of the Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad. The learned Government Pleader submits that the said Police Officer would hear the petitioners and upon considering the exigencies expressed in their application, would pass an order as would be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The learned Government Pleader would graciously convey this order to the concerned Police Officer Ms.Makhwana as it is already seven minutes past 03:00 PM and the petitioners would have to meet the said Officer at 04:00 PM. In the event, there is any time lag in the petitioners reaching the office of the said Police Officer, the same shall be excused.
