Perused request for extension of time to decide the R.C.S. No. 72/2001. Record indicates that one year extension each was granted on previous four occasions for disposal of the said suit. Trial Court cannot seek extension and take disadvantage of the leniency shown by this Court.

In the facts of the case, time stands extended by six (06) months with condition that no further extension shall be granted on any ground whatsoever.
