The Contempt Petition is not tenable. The order of the Supreme Court dated 08.09.2014 in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos. 26089-26090/2012 has clearly indicated to the petitioner that she has to approach an appropriate forum by filing appropriate petition for redressal of her grievances. By filing the petition alleging contempt of Court, is of no use. 2.

The contempt petition stands dismissed. The notice stands discharged.
