PER COURT :- 1.

Learned Counsel appearing for the claimants has fairly conceded for condonation of delay provided appeals are expeditiously taken up for final hearing at admission stage. In view of the submission so made, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The Appeals be registered in accordance with law. After registration of the appeals issue notice to the respondents in the appeals returnable after after six weeks. Shri D.R.Jayabhar, learned Counsel, waives service for respective respondents / original claimants. Service complete. Call for R & P. Place the matters for admission on 21.7.2017. 3.
