The parties have now arrived at a compromise. The terms of settlement are also reduced into writing and are duly verified before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. It is decided that, the paries would file a divorce proceeding by mutual consent under section 13 (1)(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Certain other terms are also settled in view of this.

Both the learned advocates inform that, the application has become infructuous. The application needs to be disposed of in view of compromise.

The compromise terms are taken on record and marked as annexure "X" for the purpose of identification along with report of the learned Registrar (Judicial). This Court appreciates the efforts taken by the learned advocates for both the sides. 4.
