This Civil Application is fled in disposed of proceedings.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that while disposing of the Transfer Application fled by the wife, this Court has directed the Family Court to expedite the proceedings. The learned Counsel submits that only those proceedings, as directed by this Court, stands expedited. However, the wife has also initiated proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for maintenance, before the Family Court and

In view of the above submission, the applicant is at liberty to fle an application for expedited hearing of the said proceedings fled by the wife under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure along with matrimonial proceedings, before the Family Court and upon fling such application, the learned Judge of the Family Court may consider the same.
