The learned counsel appearing for the claimant has brought to the notice that while dismissing the appeal fled by the Insurance Company this Court has also directed to dispose of pending Civil Application. He would submit that the claimants are not in position to withdraw the amount.

True, this Court has held that there is no merit in the appeal fled by the Insurance Company and therefore, it was dismissed. Inadvertently, this Civil Application was also disposed though it was of claimant for withdrawal of amount.

In view of that this, present application is revived and claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount as per award along with accrued interest, if any, 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.
