This matter was heard for some time. The learned Senior Advocate sought a pass over so as to enable the learned Advocate on record to take instructions from the petitioners.

At rising time, the learned Senior Advocate submits on instructions from the briefing Advocate that the petitioners have requested the briefing advocate to seek liberty of this Court to withdraw this petition so as to avail of other legal remedies.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions. The petitioners would be at liberty to avail of other legal remedies, as is permissible in Law.
