The learned counsel submits that caste certifcate was issued to the petitioner with incorrect spelling of the tribe. The petitioner applied for issuance of corrected tribe certifcate on 15th March, 2021. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has also surrendered to original tribe certifcate with the incorrect spelling with the respondent.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent.

In case, the petitioner has surrendered original tribe certifcate with the incorrect spelling and fled online application

925 wp 5943-2021.odt with the respondent for issuance of corrected tribe certifcate then the respondent shall have to verify original tribe certifcate with the incorrect spelling having been issued by his ofce and therefore, issue corrected certifcate to the petitioner preferably within three weeks.
