This application is for condonation of delay of 669 days in bringing LR's of deceased Respondent No. 19 on record. Though proposed Respondent i.e., LR's of deceased are duly served with notice, none present. Their absence indicates that they are not inclined to oppose the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Amendment be carried out within two weeks. After carrying out amendment, issue notice to Respondent Nos. 19(a) & (b), returnable on 18th July, 2024.

Interim relief to continue till next date of hearing.
