The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that all these petitioners were given postings at different Zilla Parishads from time to time but the concerned Zilla Parishad is not allowing them to join. The respondents have initiated the process for granting appointments / postings.

The eligibility of the petitioners is not disputed.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. Considering that the respondents have acknowledged the eligibility and the selection of the petitioners, we expect that the respondents would take a decision with promptitude and preferably on or before 30.10.2021 since the academic year 2021-2022 has commenced and the schools are gradually opening in a phased manner. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
