Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition stating that on the basis of similar prayers, he had approached this Court in Writ Petition No.8519 of 2018, which came to be decided on 13.10.2021. In spite of the directions, the said order has not been obeyed. The petitioner intends to file the contempt petition.
