The first appeal Nos. 179 of 2007 and 168 of 2007 are preferred against the common impugned judgments and awards,

fa179.07- -2passed by the Reference Court at Omerga, District Osmanabad, dated 26.08.2005, in Land Acquisition Reference Nos. 172 of 2004 and 282 of 2004.

Perused the impugned judgments and awards. Heard learned A.G.P. for the appellants and the learned advocate for the respondents - claimants. Learned A.G.P. fairly concedes that the compensation awarded vide impugned judgments and awards, passed by the Reference Court, is within four times of the rate awarded by the S.L.A.O. In this respect, the Government has taken decision to dispose of matters finally which squarely falls in the category as explained in Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and subsequent corrigendum dated 23.02.2017.

In view of above, the first appeal No. 179 of 2007 and 168 of 2007 are disposed of in tune with the aforesaid Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and subsequent corrigendum dated 23.02.2017.

List the first appeals preferred by the claimants on 17.12.2025.
