Mr. Bora, learned Counsel for the petitioner was appointed as amicus curiae.

This Court took cognizance of the article published in e-newspaper i.e. "The Hindu" and also Daily Lokmat under the head "Maharashtra allows printing but bans distribution of newspapers". It is submitted that now the newspapers are also distributed and home delivery of the newspapers is also made.

In light of the fact that the newspapers are now distributed and 1 / 2
