Mr. Patil, learned counsel submits that the petitioners have got degree of Sahitya Sudharak Hindi from Mumbai University, Mumbai. The learned counsel relies on the Government Resolution dated 23.08.2011. It is submitted that after the impugned communication, the Respondent No. 5 has submitted fresh proposal for grant of selection

( 2 ) wp 4525.17 grade pay to the petitioners on 05.07.2014 (Exhibit - K), the same is forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education . 2.

The Deputy Director of Eduction shall take decision upon the proposal (Exhibit - K) on its own merits, after considering the Government Resolution dated 23.08.2011 and other applicable Government Resolutions if any. The decision shall be taken expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
