The petitioner seeks directions against respondent nos.2 and 3 to verify the jail certificate in view of the letter dated 17.06.2015 issued by the respondent no.1. The petitioner further seeks directions to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of freedom fighter pension after receipt of verification report of the jail certificate.

The learned A.G.P. has placed on record the report received from the Chief Superintendent, Central Prison. As per the same, the name of the petitioner does not find place in

In view of the said report, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
