PER COURT :- Learned counsel Mr. Deshmukh for the applicant submits that in the order dated 28.3.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.3178/2017, it be clarified that the amount of penalty includes the additional lease premium.

The penalty imposed by this Court of Rs.3 lakh certainly has nothing to do with the lease premium. The said penalty is imposed by us on account of breach of conditions by the applicant. The additional lease premium is to be charged by the respondent. Considering the above, the civil application is disposed of. No costs.
